Coach sign in
Use the coach account you created in Supabase. Public sign-up is disabled in this app.
New coaching session
Session credit balances are NOT automatically changed. Cancelled/rescheduled sessions default to no charge. No-show decisions remain yours.
Cloud session history
Clients
Start by creating a test client. Do not add identifiable or sensitive client data until access tests and privacy procedures are complete.
Private finances
Coach-only. Agreements, invoices and verified collections are separate records. Creating an agreement does not issue an invoice or charge a client.
Monthly agreement
Start in Draft. Approve only after you and the client have agreed on the sessions, price and payment terms.
Invoice
Only approved agreements can be invoiced. An issued invoice is counted as receivable; a draft isn't.
Record a payment
Enter payments only after independently confirming receipt. A sent Razorpay link is not proof of payment.
Export cloud records
Export is a manual partial snapshot (up to 250 recent sessions, 1,000 sets, 250 agreements, 250 invoices and 500 payments; excludes payment links), not a full disaster-recovery system. Store exported files securely. No browser-local session storage is used by this version.
